Administration

Administration is the process of achieving and collecting humanitarian and financial capabilities, in order to achieve its goals, and is also an important and major reason for the success of all offices, organizations and administrative units in the world.

Administration is one of the most important administrations of all institutions. It is divided into several administrative processes around the world, including a comprehensive process to implement policies, carry out all administrative tasks and achieve their goals.

It oversees the administrative departments and manages all administrative activities within the Institute. The Institute\\\'s administrative department is one of the active departments, working on conducting, supervising and carrying out all the work which it is responsible for in order to achieve its goals quickly.

Personnel Section

An important part of the Institute that is responsible for carrying out all the administrative functions of the Institute:

1.      Issuing all administrative decisions, which are decided by the dean.

2.      Record the letters sent to the institute in the incoming record.

3.      Record all the letters that come out of the institute in the outgoing record.

4.      Monitor the attendance list of all institute staff.

5.      Create a personal file for the entire Staff of the Institute.

6.     Take responsibility for the affairs of all institute staff ( licenses , contacts , and resign)

7. Making clearance for all the staff when they resign.

8.      Monitor the fingerprint of the entire staff of the Institute.

9.      Prepare all the statistics of licenses, diseases, lecturers.

In this section, all the required documents will be saved by year.

Legal Section

The legal section is one of the main sections of the Institute, directly related to the dean, created on 15-11-2015, and generally carries out all legal transactions and actions carried out by the Institute, as well as representing the Institute in all offices.

The legal section consists of:

Legal affairs and requests:

1.     Preparing and formulating contract templates, such as lecturers’\\\' and employees\\\' contracts, and updating them according to instructions.

2.  The legal section is a member of all the committees that are considered for the administration of employees

3.      Representing the institute in courts in issues related to the institute

4.      Protect a special investigation file for employees and lecturers.

5.      Follow-up and organize all the affairs of the institute.

 

 

 

 

Public contract:

1.      Tender preparation for projects that need to be carried out in a tanderine manner and to call for project tenders through newspapers and direct invitations, with all tanderine procedures being carried out.

2.      Make contracts for projects and set conditions for contracts and service contracts, such as cafeterias, photography, photocopies, the Internet and updates according to our instructions.

3.      The investigation of legal issues of all kinds, if necessary, will be sent to a special court and a legal representative will be appointed.

5.      In support of the amended Code No. 33 of 1988, and in accordance with Decree No. 736 of the 26-1-2015 Agreement, the institute\\\'s legal affairs were given power to carry out the work. The contractual status for transactions (contracts, guarantees, and contract approvals) is to take necessary measures annually before the start of the transaction and return all fees to the Institute\\\'s Financial Directorate and archive files.

This section is directly affiliated with the Administration and its main task is providing the institute\\\'s equipment and supplies, with its distribution, consisting of three rooms:
